Do you aspire to work in business? Would you like to learn finance skills needed to work in or run a business?

Knutsford Admin Limited provide an all round bookkeeping and payroll service to a variety of businesses. We are delighted to be advertising for another apprentice to join our team and look forward to your application.

Remember – Finance ISN’T boring!! We get to play with lots of really interesting software, retail till and a whole range of apps, we have fun resolving problems, we get to know the clients really well and understand how (and help) their businesses work. Everyone who’s worked at Ka has enjoyed putting into play the skill of good credit chasing. Plus you may get to use the laminator and the ring binder!!

This apprenticeship can be following one of these courses:  AAT, ICB or CIMA (degree level)  or alternatively there is an option to do a business degree at Manchester Met, Chester or Keele Uni.

The apprenticeships vary as to whether you study on line or at college. Whilst completing your studies you are paid to be at work and also while you are studying, the courses are funded – no student loans or student debt.

Katie our employee, completed her Level 3 AAT at Macclesfield College and has now completed her Business & Chartered Management degree at Salford Uni – all this whilst fitting in completing her Level 3 Payroll Diploma! Luckily Katie enjoys study and gets to put her skills to work at Knutsford Admin. No two days are the same and as Katie says, “it’s so interesting seeing all the different businesses people set up, we really do have such a range of clients”. Katie always enjoys taking phone calls from prospective new clients and finding out more about them and how they work.

Rachel, a former employee of 4 years was very happy to write this for this apprenticeship advert,

“I would recommend anybody to jump at the opportunity to join the KA team.  Everybody was incredibly supportive of me completing my AAT qualification and the experience I gained working with the clients was invaluable for me really understanding and putting into practice what I was learning.  The variety of the clients also meant that I was able to gain on the job experience of everything from VAT returns to payroll, whilst gaining a well-recognised qualification.  I’m still in touch with many of my KA colleagues and clients and built relationships that I think will last well into the future.  Years on, I know I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for KA and I still use knowledge and skills learnt at KA regularly in my career today.”

Please call Helen or Rebecca for an informal chat on 01565 625615,email a bit about yourself to [email protected] or call in at our office 65a King Street, Knutsford.

We look forward to hearing from you and telling you how interesting a career in finance is.
