We’re big on building relationships and keeping things consistent at Ka, which means you’ll always have a main point of contact. However, they may not be the only member of staff that you ever talk to.
Teamwork
Here at Ka, we work together seamlessly as a team. We’re a lovely bunch (no boring bookkeepers here!) and we know our stuff. While you might speak to one person on a regular basis, we’re all here to help and often cover each other’s accounts. We also have the right software in place so that any of us can access your information at the touch of a button.
Not only are we huge fans of app stacks (and can guide you on the best apps for your business), but we’ve also got an impressive human stack too. Whether you need a management accountant, a bookkeeper or someone who can tackle your credit control, we’ve got an extremely talented team.
We’ve done enough crisis management/disaster recovery style work to know that it’s not a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket. If a member of staff is on holiday, unexpectedly calls in sick or worse, dies (and sadly this did happen to a client of ours**), then it helps to have someone else who can cover their work.
